2. Personal Data We Collect

We collect only necessary personal data required to operate the marketplace:

• Registration & Account Details: Name, email address, mobile phone number (optional), and account role (Space Owner, Advertiser, Agency, Admin).
• Verification Data: Email address and 6-digit OTP verification logs generated during registration and password reset.
• Property & Listing Information: Space title, space type, dimensions, monthly price, location address, GPS coordinates, and owner contact details.
• Financial & Transaction Metadata: Order IDs, payment hashes, transaction timestamps, and credit package unlock logs.
• Technical & Device Logs: IP addresses, browser user-agent details, system audit logs, and security event trails.

3. Purpose of Processing Personal Data

Your personal data is processed strictly for specified, lawful purposes:

• Authenticating user identity via email OTP during registration/password reset;
• Enforcing one-time joining fees (₹49 Owner / ₹99 Advertiser & Agency) and listing fee thresholds;
• Processing package credit purchases and unlocking location/contact details for authorized advertisers;
• Delivering transactional communications, emails, and platform notices via Brevo;
• Preventing marketplace fraud, fee evasion, and unauthorized property listings;
• Complying with statutory tax, accounting, and legal requirements under Indian law.

4. Consent & Affirmative Choice

By registering an account or verifying your identity via email OTP on Adsprecinct, you provide clear, affirmative consent for the processing of your personal data for specified marketplace purposes. Consent is requested via a mandatory checkbox during signup. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting our Privacy Contact, subject to statutory retention obligations.

5. Sharing & Third-Party Service Providers

We share personal data strictly with trusted third-party Data Processors necessary for operations:

• Transactional Email & OTP Service (Brevo): To deliver 6-digit authentication passcodes and account alerts.
• Payment Aggregator (Razorpay / Bank Partners): To process online joining fees, listing fees, and credit packages securely.
• Cloud Infrastructure Services: To host encrypted database infrastructure and security audit logs.

Adsprecinct does not sell, rent, trade, or share personal data with third-party advertisers or data brokers for marketing purposes.

6. Data Retention Policy

We retain personal data for as long as your account remains active or as required to fulfill marketplace transactions, resolve disputes, and comply with statutory audit obligations under Indian tax and e-commerce laws. OTP verification logs are automatically purged after expiration.

7. Rights of Data Principals (DPDP Act 2023)

Under the DPDP Act 2023, you possess the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Right to Access Summary: Request a summary of personal data being processed by Adsprecinct;
• Right to Correction & Updating: Request correction or updating of inaccurate account details;
• Right to Erasure: Request deletion of personal data where processing is no longer required by law;
• Right of Grievance Redressal: Submit grievances regarding data processing to our designated Grievance Officer.

8. Security Safeguards

We implement technical and organizational security measures, including HTTPS encryption in transit, email OTP verification, strict Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), database transaction isolation, and audit logging to protect personal data against unauthorized access or disclosure.

9. Cookies & Local Storage

Adsprecinct uses browser Local Storage exclusively for maintaining session authentication state (`auth-storage`) across page visits. We do not use intrusive third-party tracking cookies or cross-site advertisement identifiers.

10. Age Restriction (Children's Privacy)

Adsprecinct is a commercial advertising marketplace intended strictly for individuals who are 18 years of age or older and capable of entering into legally binding contracts under Indian law. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors.
