Adsprecinct is an online outdoor advertising marketplace platform that directly connects space owners with advertisers and agencies seeking physical billboard, hoarding, rooftop, wall, and shop frontage ad placements across Lucknow.
Q: Who can join Adsprecinct?
Any property owner or authorized space manager (Space Owner), business owner (Advertiser), or media buying agency (Agency) aged 18+ can register an account using an Indian mobile number.
Q: What cities are currently supported?
Adsprecinct is launched first in Lucknow, India as a dedicated pilot city, supporting key commercial hubs including Hazratganj, Gomti Nagar, Alambagh, Indira Nagar, Charbagh, and Mahanagar.
Q: What types of advertising spaces can be listed?
Adsprecinct supports 5 core outdoor advertising space formats: Hoardings (Billboards), Rooftops, Building Walls, Shop Frontages, and Vacant Commercial Plots.
Space Owners
Q: How do I list my space on Adsprecinct?
Register as a Space Owner, complete your one-time ₹49 onboarding joining fee, click "List a Space", and enter your space title, dimensions, area, photos, and monthly price.
Q: Is the Space Owner joining fee mandatory?
Yes. Space Owners pay a one-time non-recurring joining fee of ₹49 to activate their account and verify their portal access.
Q: How many listings are free for Space Owners?
Your ₹49 joining fee includes 5 free space listings. Your first 5 listings incur no additional listing charges.
Q: What happens after I publish 5 listings?
Starting from your 6th listing onward, an additional listing fee of ₹50 per listing is required prior to listing submission and activation.
Q: How do I receive and negotiate offers?
Advertisers submit bids on your active listings. You can view all incoming bids in your Owner Dashboard and choose to Shortlist (accept), Counter with a new price, or Reject the offer.
Q: How does a campaign deal get finalized?
When you shortlist an offer, a Campaign is created in Pending Payment status. Once the advertiser completes campaign payment, the deal is finalized and your listing status updates to RENTED.
Advertisers & Agencies
Q: How do I browse available advertising spaces?
Visit the public Discover page to search and filter active listings by space type, location area, dimensions, and monthly price range.
Q: What is an Unlock Credit?
Public listings mask exact street addresses and owner phone numbers. 1 Unlock Credit allows an Advertiser or Agency to reveal and permanently access the protected exact address, GPS coordinates, and owner contact details of a space.
Q: What does the ₹999 Starter Package provide?
The ₹999 Starter Package provides 5 unlock credits for Advertisers looking to discover and contact space owners.
Q: What does the ₹4,999 Agency Package provide?
The ₹4,999 Agency Package provides 30 unlock credits plus priority requirement routing across the platform, automatically highlighting posted client requirements as Priority.
Q: How do I submit an offer on a space?
Navigate to any active listing page or your dashboard, enter your proposed monthly price and duration, and click "Submit Offer". The owner will be notified to review your bid.
Payments, Fees & Commissions
Q: What are the platform onboarding joining fees?
Joining fees are one-time account activation charges: Space Owners pay ₹49, Advertisers pay ₹99, and Agencies pay ₹99. Joining fees are non-recurring onboarding charges.
Q: How are prices and fees displayed on Adsprecinct?
All customer-facing prices and fees on Adsprecinct — including onboarding joining fees (₹49/₹99), additional listing fees (₹50), and credit packages (₹999/₹4,999) — are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR). Applicable taxes and fees, where required under applicable laws, will be reflected at checkout or invoicing.
Q: How much is the platform commission?
Adsprecinct charges a 7% platform commission (700 basis points) on finalized campaign transactions, automatically recorded upon campaign deal payment.
Q: How are payments processed on Adsprecinct?
Payments are processed through Razorpay, the payment service integrated with Adsprecinct. Payment amounts are calculated and recorded in Indian Rupees (INR).
Q: What is the refund policy?
Joining fees, listing fees, and credit packages are non-refundable once activated or consumed. Double debits or technical payment errors can be submitted for manual Administrator review.
Privacy & Security
Q: Is my exact property address or phone number publicly visible?
No. Exact street addresses, GPS coordinates, and owner phone numbers are protected and masked. They are revealed only to verified advertisers who consume an unlock credit.
Q: How is account authentication secured on Adsprecinct?
Adsprecinct uses secure email OTP verification during registration and password reset, combined with password authentication to verify user identity and protect account security.
Q: Is Adsprecinct compliant with the DPDP Act 2023?
Yes. Adsprecinct processes personal data strictly in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 and DPDP Rules 2025.

Q: How do I report an unauthorized or inaccurate listing?
Contact support with the listing ID or title. Administrators inspect listing verification documents and can suspend non-compliant listings.
